Shock horror, Tchaikovsky in Russian!

Ralph Moore's terminology is off when he refers several times to (the totality of?) Tchaikovsky's lied texts as a 'libretto'. There's an editor's note at the end of the review that allows the listener to find the texts, but it's surprising that Mr Moore doesn't appear to know of recmusic.org, which has texts and translations of many thousands of art songs, including (as far as I can tell) all of those on this disc.
I wonder if he'd have made a song and dance if the songs had been in French or German (languages he may know). What shame the cultured elite don't aspire to learn some Russian.
