Granted the term "libretto" is more usually used in connection with opera but I think we all know that its use here denotes the collective texts of the pieces on this disc.
With respect, I don't think it's a question of whether or not one is aware of recmusic.org. The point, surely, is that it's often not convenient to access texts online while listening to music. I feel strongly that record companies should always provide sung texts and translations in the booklet for any vocal issue.
And that applies whether one is listening to one of the more familiar languages - such as French or German - or to a language that is less familiar to the general listener. As it happens I learned Russian, albeit many years ago and much of it is now forgotten, but I certainly wouldn't wish to listen to music sung in that language without ready access to a transliterated text and translation.
I note, by the way, that our Editor had to do quite a bit of digging to come up with some of the texts.
