Assuming 1853 is the publication, not composition, date for Blumenthal's trio, it shouldn't be too hard to find first publication date for de Bériot's trio from digitized issues of the Bibliographie de la France and similar periodicals, by the way. Hrm. (Ignore HMB/Hofmeister for music first published in France or Italy :) -- almost invariably - well, ... often! - gives too late a date. ) (HMB gives Opp.59 (in D) and 64 (in C minor) for de Bériot's trios anyway, published by Schott in 1847 and 1849- but maybe they were published under different opp.nos. in Mainz than in Paris.
BdlF lists the Deuxième trio of de Bériot (no opus number or key provided, but the Bibliographie rarely does) as published by Troupenas in 1847 (14 August 1847 issue, page 400.) A search for the copy of this work housed at bnf.fr clarifies that the 2nd trio in question is in fact Op.58/59/whatever, not Op.64. So 1847 is the publication date both for Troupenas of Paris and for Schott of Mainz: one assumes the work on the CD you mention is in D major, not C minor?... - anyhow, (first?...) published in 1847, would seem to be the answer!
