"Similar problems arise with the review of the Steel Symphony (Symphony No. 3), evidently written to demonstrate the author's lack of knowledge over what he goeth on about. Here the sounds of hammers striking on agendas recall in too many places nothing so much as a review from which the insight has incomprehensibly gone missing. Again, this is a review of immediate appeal to smart-alec critics, but the fact that the writer has failed to make a good point is undeniable."
