Similarly I did not discover the existence of the Cameo collection - £10.64 for ten discs is indeed a bargain - although presumably prospective purchasers will be involved in some degree of duplication if they already have one or more of these discs in their collections.
I remain surprised that no reviewer outside this site seems to have given any comments on the new Lyrita CD set (which is economically priced). Poor Arthur Butterworth seems to be fated to be neglected even after his death.
On a more optimistic note, might I mention that since I wrote my review I have discovered a recorded performance of Butterworth's Sixth Symphony on YouTube deriving from its first performance in St Petersburg. If I had been aware of this at the time of writing, I would certainly have made mention of it.
Of course the availability of discs, particularly in the age of the internet, is always likely to remain fluid from week to week (or even day to day)!
