(http://www.musicweb-international.com/classrev/2016/Sep/Herold_PCs_KTC1547.htm) makes him sound like Outraged of Tunbridge Wells. He is almost fuming about a handful of trivial issues, half of which are so trivial, they're nothing.ROb Maynard's and especially Rob Barnett's reviews of the same disc (on Talent) are modes of restraint by comparison, and in fact it's hard to believe they're talking about much the same product.
I mean, so what if the cover art doesn't match the music? There are so many CDs where it doesn't, it's worthless to mention it, let alone fume. It also makes sense to have more on the performers than the composer, who can be much more easily looked up. The Mirare disc might not have come out first in some places, and a delay may have meant that Talent's claim to four premieres was actually incorrect, albeit too late in the day (i.e. post-publication) to change.
The back cover misprint & other minor errors misprint are annoying, certainly, but it's not a reason not to buy. These things happen!
