As I am not a D-F-D fan and much prefer an alto to a baritone, I have only one of the three of his recordings to which you refer, with Murray Dickie; it is in fact still cheaply available on Amazon as part of an EMI Classics Mahler Lied box set:
The only other tenor-baritone recording I have is a live one from 2008 conducted by Franz Welser-Möst with Jonas Kaufmann and Christopher Maltman. It is good but unfortunately spoilt for me by the baritone's excessive vibrato.
Among my own favourites are of course the Klemperer/Ludwig/Wunderlich one, the earlier live recording with Ferrier and Bruno Walter which I recently reviewed here on MusicWeb:
the Runnicles-Cargill-Botha recording from BBC Music Magazine, the live LPO recording with Nézet-Séguin and Janet Baker's recording not with Haitink (which is undoubtedly very fine) but Kubelik.
So many to choose from and so many highly recommendable.
