I think that we need to remind ourselves that the current Lyrita/Richard Itter Broadcast Collection release programme can only be expected to feature those recordings made by Itter from BBC broadcasts during the period 1952-96 and which have been the subject of a special arrangement between Lyrita, the BBC and the Musician's Union. Recordings like the Bax Symphony No.3, made by an entirely different company, are a completely separate subject, no doubt complicated by all manner of complex copyright issues.
Jeffrey Davis is however quite correct to mention the music of Ruth Gipps (which I realise I far too often forget). Both the Gipps Symphonies Nos. 3 and 4 were broadcast during the "Itter period" and it is therefore perfectly possible that Itter recorded them. We shall simply have to wait to find out.
