This performance was released on Vista Vera in 2013 (now out of print) and the cut in the final movement was absolutely audible so I suspect Melodiya are using the same source material, and probably the same transfer. The timings between the two labels are pretty much identical.

I'm sure from memory that other Fedoseyev Scheherazade's from the 80s and 90s observe the solo in full.
