Stravinsky Pulcinella suite or the Wagner Flying Dutchman set. And many of the pseudo-stereos still sound good (with the occasional channel shift) on good equipment - The Vaughan William Sea and London symphonies, the Nielsen clarinet and flute concertos, the Collins Sibelius 1 (but not the others!) or the Elgar cello concerto are fine examples. Some of them, like the V.W. 6th, have too much bass boost.
