I'm pleased that my round-ups are being read. Thanks for the reminder that Qobuz is not available widely outside France and the UK. I don't have any contact with them, but perhaps they will read this and consider expanding their availability. I'm far from alone in considering lossless streaming and downloading to be far superior to mp3, even mp3 at the top bit-rate; Beulah strongly recommend Qobuz, though other dealers sell their downloads, in mp3, for the same price. I do, wherever relevant, also give links to Presto, who sell not only CDs and SACDs, but also lossless downloads, sometimes even in 24-bit. BIS (via eclassical.com), Chandos and Hyperion also offer their own and other labels' recordings in lossless sound and often in 24-bit, even in 5.0 surround. As far as I know all these are open to worldwide purchasers.
