This sounds like atonal music. Lots of woodwinds, anxious strings, a few harp and piano notes. Extremely mysterious.
In this awesome documentary, you can hear the great "Kaleidoscope" by Jacques Bondon, "Fantasies" by Karel Husa and "Prelude and fugue for 18 instruments" by Benjamin Britten.
