I used Symphonies as a (bad, perhaps)example. But then there are chamber works, piano solo and song, all of which have had recordings made during the pandemic, from composers of many nationalities.
I have noticed the trend of fewer British recordings over the past few years.
There must be recordings made pre-Covid, archival material, broadcast works such as Lyrita specialise in, re-releases of LP/CDs etc. The 2021 Grainger edition in Chandos is a great example.
I was not saying that no CDs of British Music are being issued, but that I felt that the "halcyon days" were over. And there is so much good British music waiting for a premiere recording.
