I can assure you that even specialist articles such as Richard Moore's on Hurlstone are found to need various corrections to dates etc. I accept this as a perfectly normal procedure and do not conclude that it then invalidates the rest article or that it demeans the author. Instead I am just grateful that anyone is prepared to volunteer their time and effort in the prodigious quantities exhibited by most MusicWeb contributors - none of whom receive any remuneration.
