Harriet Cohen Posted by John France on September 27, 2007, 10:03 pm 81.154.131.141 In a letter dated December 1951, Miss Harriet Cohen refers to someone called 'Leonard' to whom she was about to submit a suggestion for a concert/recital programme. Housman "Harriet Cohen" appears to be permanent! I'm not sure if this is your Housman mis-quote or Harrison's: The most famous and certainly most evocative words from this poem are:- Here of a Sunday morning My love and I would lie And see the coloured counties Above us in the sky.
