Collins on October 23, 2007, 7:38 pm 199.44.15.72 Arthur Baker, in his recent review of Rossini's Six Sonate a Quattro by Ensemble de I Virtuosi Italiani, on Tactus: "This current version is the first recording that I am aware of which plays the sonatas as written: for four instruments only."
