The claim was simply too implausible. Just go to http://www.sorabji-files.com/music.php and look at the track lengths of the virtual rendition of Sorabji's Symphony No. 3 KSS72 "Jami": you will add them up at around four and a half hours. Perhaps you mean "performed by an orchestra".
