Apparently the original HM CD of the Reuss performance did include the texts, so you might try to find the earlier issue...Otherwise one could recommend the very decent James Wood performance on Hyperion, with Russian text and English translation. I like the Ancerl recording on Supraphon best, but that did not include any texts with my old CD issue.
As Craft and Harkins wrote in 1972, "As a result of the obstacles of language and culture, audiences do not share in the full meaning of the work, hearing it as a piece of “pure” music; which, of course, and as Stravinsky would say, is its ultimate meaning." There is a German translation online, but I suppose that won't help you...
