A warm invitation is extended to the shows we have on this coming weekend.
On Saturday, 8th August, the Abyssinian & Somali Cat Club will hold a show at the Onehunga Senior Citizens Hall, 3 Pearce Street, Onehunga, Auckland. This show features Abyssinian and Somali exhibits as well as cats of other selected shorthair pedigree breeds with Australian and New Zealand judges officiating. The show opens to the public at 10.00am and closes at 4.00pm.
Also on Saturday 8th August the Shorthair Cat Breeders Association will hold its show at the Canterbury Horticultural Society Hall, Riccarton Avenue, Christchurch. Cats and kittens of all shorthair pedigree breeds will be on exhibition as well as companion and domestic cats and kittens. Officiating judges from throughout New Zealand will be in attendance and the show opens to the public at 10.00am and closes at 4.00pm approx.
The third show on Saturday, 8th August, is the Patches and Pointed show at St Patrick's School Hall, 24A Riverbend Road, Marewa, Napier. Guest judges from Australia and New Zealand will conduct proceedings with all pedigree breeds as well as domestic and companion cats and kittens on display. The show opens to the public at 9.00am and closes at 4.30pm.
