I am a veterans services counselor for Monroe County in Marathon, FL and am working with a survivor of LST 376. I am trying to find out if any of you or actually all of you were awarded a purple heart? Survivor's name is Donald Hamilton and if anyone knows him or knows if he was wounded, please send me an email. Your assistance is appreciated. Thank you.
