Dear Comrade:
As you may know, our Army National Brigade, the 30th Brigade Combat Team is
preparing to re-deploy to combat. Several members have expressed an interest in seeing them off. The 30th will be conducting a public deployment ceremony at 2:00 P.M., April 14th, 2009 at the Crown Coliseum in Fayetteville, North Carolina and have invited our Association to participate along with the members of the Old Hickory Association.
The officers of the 30th IDA haven't developed any concrete plans yet and time is short. The purpose of this letter is to determine if you are interested in attending the deployment ceremony. As soon as firm plans are made we will contact all members that plan to attend.
Please contact me or any other officer if you plan to attend and we will
contact you as soon as possible.
