In case you are not aware, Julius M. Helder was in Company A of the 743rd Tk. Bn. He is listed in our Roster on my website: www.30thinfantry.org Click on “Roster” and he is listed there.
We have 2 good books on the 743rd if you are interested. The official History of the 743rd Tank Bn : “Move out, Verify” and “View From the Turret”. Both are available from the Camp Blanding Museum ‘Gift Shop”.
