Backup (On-Call) Talent: In the event someone booked for a location cannot work, we will call you to go in. We will try and give you 1 hour/30 minutes notice. If you are called in to work the day of the event, you will be paid the regular $15 per hour rate PLUS you will be given a $10 bonus.
Please note that STEEL Agency only works with serious, reliable and professional talent.
