Well, the long awaited release of Adalberto's cd finally is out. It doesn't get much better than this, with the all-star line up of veteran accomplished musicians. Guest vocal appearances by Ruben Ramos, Little Joe and Jimmy Edward. Also with the master at the recording studio board Gilbert Velasquez. What's not to like? Well I was disappointed to hear four tracks out of the twelve that were re-recorded from previous cd's. I normally don't mind it, but Adalberto doesn't release music often enough in my opinion to include tracks from older releases. Yeah I know many artist like Ruben Ramos do it, but you can expect a release of new music from him within a couple of years. Adalberto's still my favorite active tejano vocalist, I would have much rather heard new songs in place of the four old ones. Marty B. In K.C
