Posted by Shaena Peterson on 6/30/2005, 4:01 pm Brutus and Orion, the cat, have finally declared a truce; though I still wouldn't think of leaving them alone in the cabin. Brutus can be the epitomy of a "bull in a china shop". However, he is well-mannered and, now that his pads have toughened up, enjoys going for walks and visiting with people. He adores children, but seems a bit standoffish with some men. His registry shows Starr Creek and he's white with a brown nose and a brown left eye patch - he's beautiful.

Brutus, an American Bulldog, came to live with us three weeks ago and we love him. He'll be two 9/20 and still has a lot of pup in him; this may be contributed to by the fact he was raised in a household with seven children. His previous owner was very allergic and his wife finally decided they were being bad pet owners. Luckily, a good friend heard about Brutus and knowing that my Shar-Pei, Dozer, had recently passed away she got in touch.
