Hi . . I actually wrote to you a few months ago but I think the message may have fell or scrolled off the page . . so I am trying here to get in touch with you, we have in AUSTRALIA what is called a DRUG FREE program for the ADHD and other problems that you mention in Joshua's story that can be easily accessed from the website, as it is an Australian based program I am not sure that there are any providers as yet in the USA, I did ask them about the schizophrenia . . . but it is not as yet something they have covered, without sounding conceited - we are probably a little more understanding and patient when it comes to children who need to be formally diagnosed and referred into facilities etc . . then again I have never used the system out here in Australia since I am only a volunteer for those with intellectually disabled children that provides activities and programs ( we take them places for the day movies, theme parks etc and tire them out etc ) and give parents much needed space, time and relief for a few hours every fortnight. we are a generous country and if you say you need help, we will help, but only if you ask for it . . . I'm sorry to approach you in this way . . . and am only perhaps offereing you some help despite your struggles and offer my hand in friendship, we can if required get you some type of assistance in coming over or out here for the programs if you should wish to explore it I can provide you with links to the site for the drug free program, who knows if it may help or assist with the schizophrenia as well ?? - my sincerest regards, please feel free to drop me a message back if you are intersted in looking at it - Cassandra AKA TroyPOT
