Hi there. I sent you a message but then read your page (duh). So I'll post it here. First of all, I really like your products. You do beautiful work. Second, I purchased your skin tone "Green Eyed Beauty" (I think it was called) for c.300 credits but during the purchase I got an error code. I lost the credits but didn't have the skin tone in my inventory. What do you suggest I do? Thanks.
