There are several more articles that were published in the Eagle Tribune regarding this surrender. There are also a couple of pictures on www.mspca.org website showing the horrid condition of a foal that they found in this woman's garage along with an article designed to fundraise for one of the foals that is still in need of surgery. It is believed that this person is trying to get more foals this year and needs to be stopped. I find this inhumane treatment of these animals inexcusable and this person should be punished by law. I also feel that it is time that we hold people like this accountable for their actions instead of the mspca always having to take on the burden and clean up the mess of other so called do-gooders.
