If you want a PMU foal, other than actually going to a PMU farm you could go to feedlot(,point between home and the slaughterhouse),an auction known for its horses going to slaughter near you, or adopt an already rescued baby from a PMU rescue organization, that way you don't have to rehabit yourself. Oh, one more thing, if you've never owned a foal before I'd suggest bringing a professional trainer in, or adopting a mature horse.

(p.s. if you're looking for a dog get it from a pound or rescue, in pounds the dogs are given a week to be adopted, then they're killed. And NEVER buy from a petshop, boooooo puppymills)
