If you adopted a PMU foal, I'd assume you relize what a horrible idea it is to breed your own horses with so many horses out there being abandoned, neglected, and headed to slaughter, simply. Why would you want to create a bigger mess. I suggest rescuing a couple of young foals doing some basic training on them and then selling them.
