Any chance of nabbing McGravy's Iron Liver?

Unfortunately, two cds wasn't quite enough to slake my lust-- I desire the complete set of Siobhan's musical wonders! Short of kidnapping or threatening or any other potentially unlawful acts, is there any way to acquire the first cd? I know it's sold out, but I would prefer buying it rather than, say, harassing people online to send me tracks or MP3s from it or what have you.
