I read MARVEL TEAM-UP $95 this morning, featuring Bobbi's first appearance as Mockingbird, and loved it. An interesting tidbit: according to Mark Gruenwald in the letter's page, he actually thought up Mockingbird as an opponent for Spider-Woman while he was writing that book but never got around to using her. She was going to be black, too. Then, Steven Grant wanted to retool Bobbi Morse/Huntress and Gruenwald suggested the Mockingbird thing. A few tweeks here and there and Bobbi as Mockingbird was born!
