Yep, I agree.
If Clint needs to get blamed for anything, it's for digging up the mess to begin with. Because of him bringing Susan Morse to see her daughter, the woman got caught up in Crossfire and the Phantom Rider's revenge trip and is now dead.

: Clint didn't know or think she faked her
: death. He said she told him her parents
: were dead (see WCA 87, I think). That was
: the shock to him in issue 1.
:
: Nick Fury knew she was alive and government
: spy agencies know cover stories, given high
: enough clearance, but to the rest of the
: world, "Bobbi Morse" was dead on
: paper, like Nick said. It's like people in
: the super hero world knowing each others ID
: but the rest of the population having no
: idea. Not an issue or plothole at all to
: me, especially if you have ever watched a
: spy movie or think of SHIELD as another
: super hero group.

: There's one major plothole in this issue-
: what
: was the point of Bobbi faking her death?
: Just to cite one example, in WCA 43-44 the
: head of an organization of all the major
: intelligence agencies in the world
: repeatedly refers to her as Agent Morse. So
: what's the point of faking her death if
: everyone knows who she is? There's no way
: Clint could have reasonably concluded that
: she faked her death if he heard people in
: authority referring to her as Agent Morse
: but he's made to look like the bad guy in
: this issue.
