I'm not sure. I liked it well enough, especially the use of Skull the Slayer (Jim Scully). It might be because they were trying to make him a little more Green Arrow-ish, which was what it seemed like to me.

: First off, I am very happy Hawkeye is back in
: an on-going series with Jim Mccann's new
: series: Hawkeye & Mockingbird. The
: writing and character development has been
: great.
:
: That leads me to question what the heck
: happened to Hawkeye's last ongoing series.
: It was just a mess, boring, and easily
: forgotten. It got so bad that even though
: Hawkeye was my favorite character, and I had
: been waiting all my life for an on-going
: series; this book was not even a must read.
: It's not that Fabian wasn't a very talented
: writer, or that he didn't know how to write
: Hawkeye; because I loved his portrayal of
: Hawk in the T-Bolts. What do you guys think
: the problem was with this short lived
: series?
