hi dave.had most of my zander at the gloucester end of the canal using small live baits, you need to find the roach shoals before the first frosts come and try and follow them to have any sucess this time of year. the rest of the year they turn up any where and every where or just ask in the tackle shops where the roach are being caught. pilot inn down stream good start, mind the dog shit. let me know how you get on.
