I fish for pike in Canada. The lodge I stay at has a picture of a guy holding a pike that must weigh over 80 pounds. I think he caught it in a very remote lake in Manitoba. He was a poor native american with about 3 or 4 little mouths to feed so he ate it. It was huge. There are so many lakes up there that haven't been fished. Its amazing but true that there are countless medium sized lakes that get no pressure at all. its always the bigger lakes that get the media coverage.
