You do this as you do it with pike( very caerfuly)prob pair of plaiers or forceps
Would you please tell me where you going to fish for zander, I used to fish for zander in Romania, is one of the best fishing amd as well eating... is delicious and prob the most expensive dish in any Eoropean restaurants
