We went to Kingsbury just before Christmas. They would not let us spin in pine pool. We caught a 14.5 lb pike in Causway on a plug.
We are going again on Friday 5th Jan and will try the top of Mill pool.
: never tried Rudyard
:
: Fished patshull park in wolves few weeks
: back, total blank all day and spent over 20
: quid to fish it.
:
: There was another pike fisherman there that
: day, he had 4 rods out and he didnt get a
: touch.
:
: Kingsbury can be good.
:
: Not too many people fish the pine pool for
: pike. Think the park keep qquiet about it as
: its meant for carp fishermen. Pike go to
: about 10 pound.
:
: when i go i kingsbury i normally set up on
: the Bodymoor heath pool by the island. Some
: pike over 20lb in there. If i get fed up i
: have a wonder around the pine pool or
: causway with lures/wobbled deadbaits
:
: let us know how u get on

: Thanks very much. The web site looks good, I
: hope the fishing is as good. We have also
: been advised to try Rudtard lake in north
: Staffs.

: kingsbury waterpark, warwickshire. Fish the
: pine pool with small spinner and you should
: have fun. It is a carp water but they dont
: mind you spinning in the winter as long as
: consider other anglers.
:
: if you have no luck there try the causeway
: pool or bodymoor
