Where to buy pike from?

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me? My brother-in-law has a modest sized lake on his property and is looking to add some pike or zander to keep the bait fish (loads and loads of small roach) in check. Does anyone know where he could purchase either Pike or Zander from and also have any advice on numbers/whether it would work or not. I'm no expert but I think his lake is probably about 1 acre in size.
