Now I'll tell you about Slawuta
The beginning of Slawuta stable is considered when in 1790 prince Hieronim Sanguszko imported from Arabia a oriental arabian. That horse turned out to be a stallion called Politowski the mount of king Stanley August Poniatowski. Already in the year 1799, the herd counted 423 horses. They were kept in a village called Chrestowka 46km from the family main palace-Slawuta. In the beginning of the 19th century, 11 mares started family lines. To this day four survived Szweykowka 1800, Woloszka 1810, Ukrainka 1815, and Milordka 1816. The other seven lines didnt survive a revolution and two wars.
