Jewel really stands up to her name - she is a true jem! A sweet, calm and quiet filly with all the looks and pedigree you could want. She is quality all the way being both tall and typey. Already standing 14hh and growing we expect her to mature around 16hh!!! Jewel has a pretty dished face, tea cup muzzle, expressive eyes, tippy ears, long hooky neck, clean legs, super floaty trot - she litterally floats in the air, high tail carriage and lots of snort and blow. Her pedigree speaks for itself and is full of champions. She is a Ruminaja Ali grand daughter and a Barbary great grand daughter. Bloodlines also include Khofo, Morafic (3 times), Sharem El Sheikh, El Shaklan, Bask Flame, double *Bask, & Bandos just to name a few. She is sired by Ali Hajji a beautiful bay R-Ali son who is a Sweepstakes Nominated sire that has a prestigous show record including Egyptian Event Top 10 two and three year old, Paris Canada Junior Champion Colt, GLCC Senior Champion & Reserve Grand Champion Stallion, Region 13 Top 5 Stallion AOTK and many more. He is now gelded and only has a handful of foals. Jewel is only 1 of 2 of his babies in Canada (we have the other as well) making her even more treasured. Her dam Alabary Sheikh is a very elegant and typey bay mare that was shown in halter as a yearling and has produced 3 other foals off the same sire as Jewel. This is a very sucessfull cross because 2 of them have been shown in the halter show ring. So, Jewel is the last of this outstanding Egyptian/Polish cross and is well suited for the Class A showring. We own her dam and are breeding several of our mares for next year so we want this lovely gal to have a new home where she will be used to her fullest potential! Jewel will make anyone a terrifc halter show horse, be well suited under saddle in any discipline, as well as a wonderful addition to any breeding program.
