The owner is ticked off, says no and slams the door. After he goes back to bed he tells his wife what happened. She reminded him of the time that they were stuck in the middle of the night in a rain storm and asked for help from a stranger. The man said, "but this guy is drunk". The wife said, it still is the right thing to do to help this guy out. So he gets dressed and goes downstairs and steps outside. He can't see the guy anywhere. He yells out "hey, do you still need a push". The drunk answers yes. The homeowner then yells out "where are you, I can't see you anywhere". The drunk responds "over here on your swing".
A guy living out in the country hears a knock on the door at 3:30 in the morning. He rolls over and tells his wife he is too tired and ignores it. A few minutes later the knock comes again louder and the guy drags himself out of bed and answers it.
Aye er Ha?
