He isn't offering his hand to anyone. Maybe he is afraid of cooties?
You think he's wearing a flak jacket? Seems to have some girth. Course a flak jacket would not have helped JFK.
Kinda strange either way. What would have been telling if he had offered his hand, and it had been rejected.
Maybe it was a hologram and there is no point for a hologram to shake hands.
