Bush likes to sanitize his hands after handshakes. Maybe his guy with the purell wasn't around. Seriously..this is something Obama noted about Bush when he fist met the guy...shook his hand and immediately got some purell and sanitized his hands...also gave a squirt of it to Obama...'keeps you from getting colds'.
