Because...
There's other "photo-op" footage showing Bush
-- Greeting each leader as they arrived.
They Allll got a handshake...
-- Individually; but, not as a group.
What this clip doesn't show...
Is that...
Bush escorted each new guest inside...
And then waited for the next guest to arrive...
-- With the doors closed.
As each guest arrived...
The guards would open the door...
Bush would walk out...
The handshake took place...
Bush escorted the guest inside...
And...
The doors would be closed behind them.
I'm guessing he was sanitizing between each greeting.
Still in that Class Photo-Op...
Bush has his head down...
-- Looking at the floor.
