This post appeared normal to me before, but now in most of the places where there are punctuation marks, I'm seeing a little box that says FFFD in place of quotes, commas, apostrophes, etc. When I copy and paste the post into Word, it shows up with little blank squares in those spots. Is this all related to Network54's punctuation problems lately, where it seems to be cutting off the rest of people's posts when they use double quotation marks? The format of this particular board seems different from Network54, but it sure seems weird that both are experiencing punctuation issues.
Any ideas?
