is born out of frustration of the failure to get compliance to a particular ideal. If you can't convince them ....... FORCE them to agree.
So yes ....... Christians who are bent on changing peoples' minds to comply with their ideals ...are perfect candidates for supporting torture.
People who aren't absolutely sure of being right, tend to hear differing opinions and can tolerate dissension much better.
So a rule of thumb is ......
If you feel like torturing someone (even if it's just arm-twisting) ...... you MAY already be wrong yourself!~
