Please feel free to cross post - this story is not getting out in the news. Toby Young, a middle-aged woman with red hair and about 5' 1" runs the Safe Harbor Kansas Prison Dog Program. She and her van are missing. Her van is very eye-catching - a white ford panel van (no windows except in the cab) with 2 foot tall letters that say Safe Harbor Prison Dog Program. It is believed that her van was stolen and she was abducted by John Manard, a convicted murderer who was found missing at the Lansing, KS prison at the 4:30 PM headcount yesterday, Sunday, February 12.
