Posted by Melanie Peyser Monday - Friday The hours are somewhat flexible (could begin up to an hour earlier or a half hour later). This would be a perfect job for someone who needs to see off/meet school children but would like to make some extra money during the day. It would also be great for a babushka, whose children and grandchildren don't want to listen to her advice. I love getting advice, and I speak fluent Russian and would welcome the practice! Several other female friends, who speak Russian, are also looking for assistance so it may be possible to put together a full-time schedule of clients if interested. I'm a busy American professional, who has spent several years in Russia, and I'm looking for a Russian-speaking housekeeper to clean, do laundry, iron, run basic errands (drop off/pick up drycleaning around the corner, accept deliveries, etc.), do light food preparation (make salads), and walk my extremely well-behaved dog (who is used to Russian commands). I'm looking for someone who can keep me generally organized and can keep my dog company now that we've moved back to the States. No English language skills necessary.
3.5 hours/day 10:00am - 1:30pm
$8/hour
6 blocks from Eastern Market Metro or short bus ride and 5-6 block walk from Union Station.
