These countries include Russia, of course, and Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, among others. Our purposes include sharing information, helping one another, and coordinating joint social activities and events. There are almost 25 couples who are already members from around the D.C. area. We try to have at least one joint activity each month (for example, Sunday brunch, seeing the Bolshoi Ballet when it's in town, going to the Easter Egg Bazaar, and more!). Many of us have Russian children, and it's a great way to have the kids meet each other too! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
